First Ohio Smith Park Collection Home is on the Market
Our team at MK Construction & Builders, Inc. is happy to announce that one of our new construction projects is finally on the market! Our team has been working long and hard on four single family homes in the West Town area, each featuring 4,200 square feet of spacious living space. The first of these homes is complete and on the market.
Read about some of the amazing features of this new construction project below, or see the listing photos here.
An Open-Concept Floor Plan
It can be tricky to find enough living space in Chicago, especially for single-families who are growing. Our Smith Park Collection homes are all designed so that the residents can maximize the amount of living space that they have. The living areas are open and feature a lot of natural light so you can enjoy the views that West Town has to offer.
A Chef-Quality Kitchen
For the kitchen, we went with a grey and black theme, with stunning black marble countertops that feature white veining throughout. The lighting fixtures are industrial and they look great paired with both marble and wood finishes. You’ll see stainless steel appliances and a thoughtfully designed kitchen that is equipped to host just your family or your friends and other guests as well.
An Incredible Master Bathroom
If you’re looking for a new construction home in West Town that has an amazing master bathroom, we have the single-family home for you. The master bathroom features double sinks, huge mirrors, frameless shower, a soaking tub and marble and wood finishes throughout. We promise you will not be disappointed!
Other amazing features of this property include a third-floor penthouse, two additional guest bedrooms in the basement, an outdoor fireplace, and so much more.
Remember that this is only one of four single-family homes on this particular block. We will continue to keep you updated as the other homes become available.
